Brace yourself for a front-row view of the new reality series about a journey of love, family and determination! Nandi & The Rev is coming to your screens this Sunday, 24 August at 19:00 on Mzansi Magic (DStv Channel 161).

This must-watch reality series follows the turbulent journey of Reverend Mawuzole Mlombi and his bold wife, Nandipha “Queen Nandi” Mlombi, as they fight to resurrect their broken home from the ashes of scandal.

The couple, alongside their seven children, captivated Mzansi audiences with their life behind the pulpit. But things took a dramatic turn when Reverend Mlombi, once a respected Methodist minister, lost his job, his house, and his peace of mind. At the centre of the storm? Nandi, famously known as ‘Queen Nandi’ on these social media streets, a former beauty queen-turned social media firecracker, whose flashy lifestyle and refusal to conform left the church side-eyeing and judging.

Nandi & The Rev will dive deep into the couple’s emotional journey family feuds, therapy, paternity issues, vow renewals and dreams of starting their own church from scratch.

This is reality viewing at its realest and you don’t want to miss it. This is what Reverend Mlombi and Queen Nandi have in store for viewers in their not-to-be-missed upcoming show:

Why should viewers tune in to Nandi and the Rev?

“Simply because we are real and navigating through our daily struggles like all human beings. What sets us apart is that we always work through our problems as a couple and when all fails, I take the lead and do what I think is the best for the family regardless of what anyone thinks. We always pray together and amazingly; our toddlers always remind us to be strong because we are always faced with various challenges” says Reverend Mlombi.

Mrs Nandi Mlombi adds: “On social media platforms we share the beautiful family portraits and the better parts of our marriage. This reality show will showcase the behind the scenes which are sometimes not as good as what we share with the public, but we vowed to be together ‘for better or worse’,” she says.

“Many people are curious about how I do it, saying things like ‘I have so many kids! Worry not, the show will shed some light because it’s not easy, but I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I also have an unstoppable spirit and resilience that keeps me going. Expect no lie. I choose to live my life authentically because I have too many kids who take up a lot of my time and I wouldn't be able to pretend to be someone I'm not. So, it's either you love me or hate me for exactly who I am” Queen Nandi concluded.

Tune in this Sunday, 24 August at 19:00 – only on Mzansi Magic channel 161.
