Season eight of Uthando Nes’thembu has wrapped and it didn’t end without the drama. It was a heavy season filled with tears and anger and in the end it seems there wasn’t any resolutions to Mseleku and his wives’ problem.
Instead of meeting up to enjoy their last supper and put it all on the table, people ended up leaving with more frustration and disappointment.
It started with MaYeni refusing to join everyone because she doesn’t feel valued or respected by her husband and MaKhumalo. She meant every word and also accused Mseleku of acting sick when it’s time to own up to the things he does.
Next up was MaKhumalo being completely blindsided by Mseleku’s comments about her. The delusional topic was taken too far and instead of Mseleku apologising for his part in it, he dragged MaKhumalo into it and continued to hurt her with his words.
At the end of episode, Mseleku asked for prayers from all those that are watching because it’s been heavy and he suspects that he will fail.
