The housemates are geared up for their latest challenge, set to be presented this morning after the Saturday shopping trip. Their mission is to divide into two groups and create a high-energy, 10-minute dance routine inspired by Mzansi's vibrant dance subculture. To add an extra layer of excitement, they'll be incorporating crates as props into their performance.
Pantsula way
As the housemates brainstormed their dance routines, Muzi-TheMbuzi suggested they focus on a single dance trend to avoid complications, given their limited practice time. Despite initial skepticism, the housemates decided to go with the iconic Pantsula dance. However, it soon became apparent that not everyone was familiar with the style, as Mandy Hagan's question, "Who knows Pantsula?" was met with uncertain looks. Interesting!
Dance party
But as Biggie blasted fire music in the background, the housemates' worry about their moves began to fade. With each beat, more and more housemates let loose, got into the groove, and started dancing. Crates were incorporated into their freestyles, adding an extra dynamic to their performances. As the energy reached a fever pitch, it was clear that this challenge was going to be an unforgettable one. This task not only challenges the housemates' creativity but it's a way to pay homage to the Mzansi seasoning that evokes a sense of pride and a sprinkle of chuckles when you're having a bad day. But, the question is, will the housemates be able to pull off their Pantsula-inspired routines and impress Biggie and of course the viewers? Stay tuned to find out!
