Am I the wrong one?
The morning began with Uyanda and Mandy Hagan engaging in a heartfelt conversation in the bathroom. Mandy Hagan was teaching Uyanda the art of apologising, and it became clear that Uyanda had unintentionally ruffled some feathers the previous day.
Uyanda's journey of self-reflection continued as he sat with Abobo at the garden patio. Abobo offered some brotherly advice, urging Uyanda to tone down his behaviour and be mindful of his reputation. Abobo even suggested that Uyanda drinks water in between alcoholic beverages.
Peace reigns
In a bold move, Uyanda took his apology to the next level by publicly expressing his remorse to Luzuko in front of the entire house where they were sitting at the garden facing him, making him the centre of attention. This courageous act opened a series of heartfelt apologies, with each housemate taking turns to address their own grievances and hurtful behaviour.
Nate spoke out about the disrespect she had faced regarding her sexuality and ended with "It will land where it lands, the shoe will fit who it fits", making reference to her statement. Ezra apologised for any wrongdoing during his time as Head of House. Mandy Hagan apologised for saying "fuseg" and "this is not your mother's house", Luzuko apologised to those he offended, he accepted Uyanda's apology however, he will stay far from him. Abobo also offered sincere apologies, acknowledging his own flaws and imperfections.
Eviction prediction
In a surprising twist, the apologies were followed by a dramatic shift in tone as the housemates gathered for their diary sessions. When Biggie asked them to predict who would be leaving the house that night, the gloves came off, and the housemates didn't hesitate to drop names. Abobo predicted Gugu, Philile, Siphesihle because they haven't been themselves. Philile predicted herself because everyone else is Umlilo and she is reserved and Siphesihle said Uyanda because he hasn’t found a way to express himself just to name a few. We wonder how long the peace will reign or the cracks will eventually show.
