This week in the Umlilo house was packed with soul, gratitude, and plenty of heart.💖 The housemates had deep, raw heart-to-hearts, reflecting on their wild ride in Biggie’s house. Life in the house? A full-on rollercoaster, but they’re all beyond thankful for the ride. Vulnerabilities were laid bare, it was a week of self-discovery, where the highs and lows of their journey in Biggie’s house were laid on the table
Brunch wars turned into a hearty meal filled with appreciation:
The housemates gathered for brunch, and the conversation quickly turned into a love fest, with compliments and admiration flying all around. 💖 Jojo, Nsuku, and Uyanda couldn’t help but gush about how grateful they are to the Big Brother team for picking them as part of the lucky 24.
It was all about feeling blessed and riding high on that VIP status. On Wednesday, Abobo and Uyanda laso had a chat about making it to the top eight saying they are grateful to have made it this far.
Housemates reflect on their arguments in the house:
This week, the housemates had their own therapy sessions, reflecting on how they’ve handled situations and discussing ways they could’ve done better or avoided confrontations. Nsuku shared with Abobo and Uyanda that living with so many people taught her that not everything needs to be addressed, especially when it comes to gossip.
Meanwhile, Mshini opened up about her fights in the house, particularly her argument with Sweet Guluva, saying it left her emotional and that she feels it could’ve been handled in a better way. There was a lot of self-reflection and growth this week.
Heart-wrenching moments and deep thoughts:
We've witnessed tears, screams, and truly heart-breaking moments in the Umlilo season. Sweet Guluva finally opened up about how he felt when Ash-ley Ogle was sent home. When Uyanda asked how he felt after Swiss sent his girlfriend packing, Sweet Guluva said it was just part of the game. However, Uyanda shared his perspective, saying he wouldn’t have taken it well and would’ve just coexisted with Swiss instead of pursuing anything further.
The raw emotions were definitely on display as this conversation happened. Nsuku also touched on her relationship with Nsuku saying she never expected it to end the way it did, saying she valued her as a sister.
Gennovators in action:
The housemates tapped into their creative side, bringing fresh ideas, energy, and flair to the game. From unexpected moments of artistry to new strategies to better the country, it was a week of unleashing their imagination and thinking outside the box and they delivered. Housemates secured their wager win and it did not end there.
The housemates had the chance to scoop back R150 000 into the grand prize by getting creative with soap and lotion.🧼💧 They made the products from scratch and even came up with their own branding. To top it off, they had to prepare 24 gift bags, each one packed with their handmade creations. Talk about a DIY challenge with some serious stakes – and they nailed it.
Just one more week left in the house, and the tension is higher than ever. 🔥 Who will walk away with the grand prize remains a mystery, and the housemates are all giving it their all to claim that win. The race to the finish is on.
