The final Friday night games saw the Top 6 housemates battle through a series of intense timed challenges, with Didi emerging victorious for the third time. She joins Bravo B as one of the only remaining finalists to have won the Lotto Star games, after Bravo B secured his victory earlier in the season.
They now stand alongside previous R10,000 Friday night games winners – Dube, King Wanda, The Don, Mmeli, who were evicted from the Bazozwa house, and Neliswa, who was later disqualified from the competition.
As last week’s winner, Didi had the privilege to start first and completed the full course in 2 minutes 56 seconds, setting a high benchmark. Trixie followed, finishing in 6 minutes 29 seconds, Bravo B in 3 minutes 28 seconds, Liema in 4 minutes 34 seconds, Thandeka in 4 minutes 60 seconds, and Que in 3 minutes 55 seconds. Didi’s speed and precision secured her a well-deserved R10,000 win.
The challenges tested a range of abilities, including physical coordination, balance, focus, and problem-solving. Housemates were required to demonstrate precision while completing tasks under pressure, as well as the ability to follow instructions carefully and adapt quickly. Many of the activities also relied on memory, requiring players to recall and accurately reproduce sequences, while others demanded teamwork, patience, and steady communication to navigate obstacles successfully.
Back from the arena, the house remained peaceful as the finalists embraced their final weekend together. Didi, Bravo B, Que, Liema and Trixie spent time playing 30 Seconds and enjoying each other’s company. Thandeka, however, stayed upstairs, still emotional following Mmeli’s eviction. She was heard vowing that when she leaves the house on Sunday, the first person she will look for is Mmeli.
With the last Friday night in the house now complete, the Top 6 turn their focus to Sunday’s live finale, where one housemate will ultimately be crowned the winner.
